Raw Materials
The quality of our products starts prior to production with
the purchase of quality ingredients to an agreed specification from approved
suppliers. All ingredients are covered by certification of conformance or
analysis and are subject to random testing.
Wheat is sourced from FABBL assured
farms and is supplied with a "passport" that
includes a Post-Harvest Pesticides Declaration and a Vehicle Inspection Certificate.
All ingredients are issued a unique bar-code to enable full traceability
from receipt through manufacturing to despatch.
Finished Product Testing
Products are subjected to quality checks during
manufacture but the majority of testing is carried out on the finished product,
each having its own specification to which it must comply. Product safety & quality
is monitored by carrying out analysis on randomly selected samples; including
microbiological & pesticide analysis.
Quality Assurance is provided through the implementation of strict processes and procedures ensuring the highest levels of food safety and quality are achieved.
